Welcome to Sofia Outreach Training & Counselling LMS (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our Learning Management System (LMS), including all content, features, training modules, counselling services, and resources made available through the platform.

By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility

  • Age is no bar – learners of all age groups are welcome to join and benefit from our LMS.
  • However, if you are a minor (below 18 years), we encourage you to seek guidance from your parent/guardian for responsible use.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information while creating your account.

2. User Account & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.
  • You agree not to share your login credentials with others.
  • Any activity carried out under your account will be your responsibility.

3. Use of Platform

  • You may use the platform only for educational and counselling purposes.
  • You agree not to misuse the LMS by uploading harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Any unauthorized use may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Certain courses, counselling sessions, or services may require payment.
  • All payments are to be made in advance through authorized payment gateways.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified under a refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, training material, videos, counselling resources, design, and software on this platform are owned by Sofia Outreach Training & Counselling LMS.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our material for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Counselling Disclaimer

  • Counselling sessions provided through the LMS are for guidance and educational purposes only.
  • They do not substitute for medical, psychiatric, or legal advice.
  • For serious issues, you are encouraged to seek professional help from certified practitioners.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to keep the platform accurate and up-to-date but make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free services.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

8. Termination of Access

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
  • By using the LMS, you consent to such processing of your personal data.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
