- No physical products are shipped.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Access to courses and digital content is provided immediately after successful payment confirmation.
- In some cases (like customized programs, counselling slots, or subscription-based services), access may take up to 24–48 business hours.
- You will receive confirmation and login/access details on your registered email ID and phone number.
3. Mode of Delivery
- Course access is delivered through your Sofia Outreach LMS account.
- Additional resources, if applicable, may be delivered via:
- Registered email ID
- Direct download links from our platform
- Access credentials shared within the LMS dashboard
4. Shipping Charges
- Since our services are digital, no shipping charges are applicable.
- Charges may only apply for additional support services (if opted separately), which will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Users can track their purchases and available resources under “My Courses / My Account” section in the LMS.
- Email/SMS notifications are also sent upon successful enrolment or purchase.
6. Non-Delivery Issues
